Chairman of the Board
General Mark Hamilton is an American academic and president emeritus of the University of Alaska. Hamilton graduated with a B.S. degree from the U.S. Military Academy in 1967.] He received his master’s degree in English literature from Florida State University. Additionally, he graduated from the Armed Forces Staff College in Virginia, and the U.S. Army War College in Pennsylvania. Mr Hamilton served in the United States Army where he earned the rank of major 2-star general. He is a disabled veteran

Douglas Rosenberg
Director
Mr. Rosenberg’s business career spans 45 years. He spent 25 years as a real estate developer of commercial office and residential properties in San Francisco. He founded the Rosenberg Alzheimer’s Project in 2007 to fund and accelerate drug development in search of a cure, evidenced by various philanthropic partnerships with Dr. Frank Longo at Stanford University, Dr. Dale Bredesen at the Buck Institute, and Dr. Michael Weiner at University of California San Francisco. Mr. Rosenberg holds a political science degree from Lewis & Clark College and is an active investor and entrepreneur involved in a broad range of businesses.

Chris Morrison
Director
Mr. Morrison had a distinguished 37 year career at NALCO which became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ecolab in 2015. He is a water treatment expert and consulted directly with dominant global players like the Nestle Corporation in Switzerland. Since his retirement he has been actively involved in a broad range of start ups, working directly with the widow of Apple co-founder Steve Jobs.

Philip van den Berg
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. van den Berg holds a masters degree in economics from the University of Amsterdam. He spent the bulk of his career with t Goldman Sachs in London where he joined when its European equities division was established in 1987. In 1997 he co-founded Olympus Capital Management, a hedge fund. In 2006 he co-founded Taler Asset Management, a wealth management company. Since 2014 he has been an investor in start-up companies in Europe and the US where he has held positions as director and CFO. He has experience in capital market transactions, public listings and mergers and acquisitions.

Edward A. Robinson
Director
Mr. Robinson is a seasoned entrepreneur and industry veteran with over 40 years of experience in all disciplines of financial services, automotive wholesale, dealership operations, and strategic consulting across a wide range of industry sectors.
Over a three-year period (2020 – 2022) he led the effort of Bright Green Corporation in New Mexico towards becoming one of the very few companies selected by the U.S. government to grow, manufacture, and sell, legally under federal and state laws, cannabis and cannabis-related products for research, pharmaceutical applications and affiliated export. Additionally, leveraging his knowledge of the financial markets, Ed enabled Bright Green to be the first plant-touching cannabis company based in the U.S. list on a major U.S. exchange, the Nasdaq, setting forth a historic event.

Joshua R. Haddox
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Haddox holds a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California Santa Barbara (2011) with an emphasis in plant biology and a Master’s in Business Administration (2022) from the University of California Davis with an emphasis on Finance/Operations. Over the course of his 12-year career, Joshua has founded, managed and advised Medical Cannabis Operations in North America, Europe, and Africa with extensive experience in cGMP/EuGMP and GACP operations.

Justin Abril
Director of Compliance
Mr. Abril is a 10-year veteran of law enforcement at the local, state and federal levels. In 2020 Justin moved to compliance and gained extensive knowledge and experience in DEA regulatory compliance for pharmaceutical manufacturers, successfully guiding Royal Emerald Pharmaceutical, a DEA Schedule 1 manufacturing facility, through full licensure.
